Movement and Relaxation at work

You have one meeting after the next and hardly have a chance to stand up - do you know the feeling? Too little movement can lead to back pain and difficulty concentrating.
Do something for your health and get active!
The TU Berlin’s University Sports (TU-Sport) offers students and staff a wide range of sports. The portfolio stretches from A as in Aquafitness to G as in Gym and S as in Salsa class to Y as in Yoga.
TU Berlin employees can participate in the sports classes at discounted rates.
You would like to train for a longer goal? Then join up with many other TU Berlin employees to take part in the Berlin Company Run. With well over 500 participants, the TU was the most active institution and won first place in the team category in 2016. Registration will once again be free of charge for you in 2017 with TU-Sport.
You can also move in your daily working life. Make a phone call while standing, take the stairs instead of the elevator, or get out of the subway one stop sooner.
The TU-Sport’s trainers in the program active movement break at your workstation (fit TU work) promote employee fitness with simple exercises - directly at your own workstation! You can register with TU-Sport.
