General advising on all aspects of reconcilability of career and family, e.g. work organization (flexible working hours, telecommuting, etc.), parental leave, parent benefits, childcare, caring for relatives

Advising and assisting individual staff members during conflicts with colleagues as well as conflicts with supervisors in regard to the topic of reconciling career and family

Social Counseling

Psychosocial counseling for health problems, addiction counseling and addiction prevention, debt counseling, counseling for individual staff members in conflicts with colleagues and/or supervisors, conflict moderation, no mediation
